Multifamily Stairs, Railing, and Walkway

This multifamily building hosts three families, and their stairs and walkway were rusting. We recommended removing and replacing the entire stair system with synthetic decking to lower maintenance. Because the stairs were the only means of entry for two of the families, we made the demolition and the installation as quick as possible while the families were away for Thanksgiving.

Once the stairs came down, we found the ground floor storage room roof had leaks, so we installed a new roofing membrane. Once the metal was painted white, the entire project looked like it was part of the building, which was the exact effect we designed.
