Rooftop Balcony With Outdoor Kitchen

This client sought to transform multiple outdoor areas of their home for year-round enjoyment. We focused on crafting a versatile outdoor space that felt like an extension of their home.

Their desire for a relaxing environment suitable for family gatherings and cozy evenings led us to replace the original wood deck with Italian porcelain tile, lending a natural stone aesthetic. We installed a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen featuring top-of-the-line appliances with expansive counter space to accommodate more guests and provide more serving space.

To extend the usability into colder months, we installed Black Tungsten Bromic heaters with dimmers. Addressing aesthetic concerns, we concealed electrical conduits with custom aluminum covers in a complementary copper tone.

Lastly, we designed a comprehensive lighting plan, dividing it into overhead and under-mount zones to create ambience without overwhelming brightness. This thoughtful approach enhances the space’s functionality while making it feel more spacious.
