This Lincoln Square jet-setting client wanted a low-maintenance, stylish rooftop deck where they could host dinner parties and entertain guests.

Two must-haves were extra privacy and spacious accommodations for guests. In this vein, we designed three distinct guest areas: the bar, the dining space, and the lounge. Playing off the rooftop’s natural strengths, we designed the dining space to overlook Chicago’s beautiful views.
